What To Expect When Hiring Our Office

After contacting our team, the first appointment is an initial case consultation. At the consultation, we will discuss any potential options to address your concerns. We will also identify what documents and information will be necessary moving forward. While you do not need to bring any documents to the initial consultation, if you have specific questions involving a prior order, it is helpful to have them on hand.

After you decide to hire our office, you will be charged a retainer fee. We use your retainer fee to cover the legal fees and other expenses at the beginning of your case. Our office will set its retainer fee after we discuss the legal issues, legal strategy and anticipated costs. If the entire retainer is not expended when your case is completed, the unearned portion is refundable.

The total cost of your case is based upon the number of hours spent, coupled with any direct expenses. These direct expenses include court filing fees, expert witness fees, and deposition costs. You will receive an itemized bill on a monthly basis, which will detail all of the time spent on your case, as well as all of the expenses incurred on your behalf.

Going through a divorce or custody battle can be stressful, complicated and emotionally taxing. With Greco Law on your side, you can expect fast results, an extensive support network and a high-quality product.
