Previously, Susan served as an assistant prosecutor with the office of the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. The experience she gained as a prosecutor before entering private practice gives her a unique perspective into family law cases, and she works diligently to apply her experience and knowledge of the law to secure positive results for each client.
Since 2013, she has been completely dedicated to family law cases, and her goal is to help families secure results that will work for their unique situations for years to come. Susan is also a committed member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association.

Kylie Gardner, Certified Paralegal
Kylie Gardner of KLG Paralegal Services assists The Suriano Law Firm LLC with her certified paralegal services. Kylie earned her paralegal degree at The University of Toledo, and later became a certified paralegal (CLA). During her time at The University of Toledo, Kylie interned with the Bowling Green City Prosecutor’s office. Kylie is a member of the following organizations:
- The Columbus Bar Association (CBA)
- The Paralegal Association of Central Ohio (PACO)
- The Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce.
